BrandOpus Offices - BrandOpus / align

Interior Design - Corporate

- Gold

A dynamic, 3-storey, 19,000 sq ft suite of offices, created for fast-growing brand and packaging design agency BrandOpus. The new workspace, located within the former Freemantle TV Studios at number one Stephen Street, London W1 was a pre-let by developers Derwent London. Paul Taylor, Executive Creative Director and Partner at BrandOpus, said of the project: ‘We are delighted with our new studio and I am so pleased that it has turned out to be everything we imagined and more. Thank you for the time and effort that has gone into getting us in. This place is truly amazing. We are extremely proud of it and I am certain that it is going to have a significant impact of the future growth of BrandOpus.’

Southbank Marketing Suite - Canary Wharf Group / Goddard Littlefair

Interior Design - Corporate

- Silver

The project is a Marketing Suite located within the Grade II*-listed former County Hall building, facing the Houses of Parliament on the Thames. It was created for developer Braeburn Estates Ltd Partnership - a joint venture between Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company - to serve as the launch sales environment for the luxury residential offer that forms part of the new Southbank Place development.

The Trampery, Old Street - The Trampery / ThirdWay Interiors

Interior Design - Corporate

- Silver

239 Old Street had been derelict since the 1960s, unloved and unlovely. Committed to bringing the building back to life within an ambitious timeframe of just 10 weeks, ThirdWay Interiors began by stripping the space back to its shell. Only once this process was complete, including sandblasting every concrete surface in the building, could the reinvention of 239 Old Street begin. The aim was to create the most inspirational and innovative commercial space - and we believe we did just that.
