MIA has developed features on a Mobile device that would normally be considered too difficult to achieve by many developers.
One example is the ability to start a project on a iOS device and complete it on an Android device. Keep in mind these apps are Native.
Project Need
My Inspection App is the only App in the world that allows the user to backup a template from android and restore on iOS (Native) more over all the reports can be shared by other inspectors

My Inspection App helps you use technology to help you finish any type of inspection report ONSITE. Its called My Inspection App because the ability to completely customise and create as many templates as you like which makes it truly individual and uniquely yours. MIA contains all the features you need to create great looking reports.
User Experience
All the required information is pre-installed, a simple tick and go process. Images can be taken by the mobile device and inserted directly into the automatically generated PDF report. On completion of the report, it can be emailed, uploaded as a PDF report to the integrated Google Drive and backed up for later retrieval. Templates can also be backed up and restored to any mobile device.
This as well as virtual and live training with the best app support model we know of makes My Inspection App stand out from the crowd.
Project Marketing
offer the app at the most affordable price available, sponsorship to all RTO and training facilitators (free Access to students while learning). The MBA has already accepted sponsorship and is very excited about the app. We will also use trade shows and an online marketing campaign. InterNACHI (Worlds Largest Inspection Association) Has requested to sell the app for us to their members).
We also engage celebrity voice overs for out training videos as we believe a familiar voice engages the end user. The voice over for the attached video is Nick Flint who is credited with firms like IBM, Coca Cola, KMart, Sydney Morning Herald, Australia Post, optus , etc... and of course he accepted our gig as he too thought the App was the best he has ever seen
Project Privacy
During our feasibility study the one concern professionals had was the privacy assurance of confidential documents and an assurance that no one without authority would have access to their confidential reports.
For this reason we decided not to host backing up on in-house servers, but integrated the app with Google drive where the user chooses his/her credentials and backup the the drive.. in the next build we will introduce One Drive and dropbox as an alternative
