Project Overview

A combination of 42" wall-mounted touch displays and roaming 10" touch devices compliment the sales process, allowing sales staff to lead customers through a journey to qualify the lead. Customers can also use the screens on their own to understand more about the project and precinct, this is particularly relevant during busy events.

Beautiful sweeping galleries, simple apartment selection and clever mapping techniques combine to give the visitor a deeper understanding of the project and the precinct's vision.

The screens are web-based and provide rich analytics to track user behavior.

Project Brief

Development project, NewQuay Promenade is set to rejuvenate the Docklands area, with two Woods Bagot architecturally designed towers and an expanse of parkland. MAB is to bringing the promenade to life and encouraging a community vision.

Our brief was to engage clients in this vision and the benefits of investing or living in this area. We were commissioned to development the full identity, expanding an online and offline marketing suite including outdoor media, traditional and digital signage, promotional brochures, a responsive website and touch screen site to encapsulate NewQuay Promenade's brand experience.

The objectives? To gain better quality leads, drive enquiry and sales suite visitation which included the interactive signage; a combination of 42" wall-mounted displays and roaming 10" tablet devices to complement the sales process.

Project Need

Explore activities and amenities along the promenade through illustrated interactive maps and gain greater context of the project location within Melbourne's CBD.

Select an apartment by level and drill-down for deeper detail such as floor plans, resident amenities, colour schemes and image galleries.

See the dream – swipe the screen for 360 degree views from all of the apartments.

Design Challenge

Make it simple.
Make it simple.
Make it simple.

These touch displays are a seamless extension to the sales process, funneling inquiry to purchase and build on the brand experience.

Sustainability

On-screen marketing means reduced print material in the sales suite and a cohesive approach to message. Content is instantly updated via the web across one or all devices via a user-friendly content delivery platform called OpenSign. This system reduces the time and cost of screen updates, provides rich analytics of engagement usually reserved for web.
