Project Overview
The mansion is located at the flourishing region in Taichung City. To make the configuration meet the demands from the family members, the design team removes the bathroom in one of the two main bedrooms, sparing the space for the living room, etc. In the meantime, the skill replacing the compartments with cabinets endows the residence the amazing storage function while makes the cabinets invisible. The specific construction materials and techniques make the residence a place demonstrate exquisite craftsmanship.

Project Brief
The style of the porch is unique, where the black-and-white marble mosaic floor, different from the common water jet patterns, skillfully crosses over the living and dining room. The defined segregation between the interior and exterior is made by slant pointing ceiling and beige grey polished tiles floor in public area. The walls, extended from the gates, are embedded with the unique dialogues in design, including grey marble, furnished in the kitchen, that will made for TV wall as well. The elaborate splicing veneers represent the vibrant pattern, large storage, structure modification, direction guidance, and dining room vista.
The dining room is situated in the space among the porch, kitchen, and living room, in which the spherical crystal lights make its definition. The collection cabinet, between the dining and study room, shows contemporary with the left metal grilles. The design of the black forsted glass and recessed lights not only bring out the artworks, but also make the dining room into a place indulged with pleasure.
Project Need
Slant pointing ceiling integrates the space in the public area, making the process accordant and delicate. The design of slanting, however, is entirely different from that of vertical and horizontal. The slanting design, of which is installed with the total heat recovery, the return air conditioning system, the lights, the audio electronics, the fire sprinklers, the projector equipment, etc. When looking closer, we shall find out that the recessed lights, audio panels, and fire sprinklers are installed at the center of squares, the techniques beyond imaginations.
Design Challenge
The lookout windows, in the living room, make the place composed and elegant. The audio electronics are installed on the both sides of the TV wall, which is built by warm imported marbles. The trims skill is delicate and how the owner feel is taken into consideration as well. The recessed cabinet spares of the pace, behind which the bedroom configuration is ingenious, enhancing the efficiency of the space. The design of the couch wall is brilliant, on which the design that the leathers at the center and the recessed artistic surface varies with time. The design of avant-garde titanium mosaic transforms into the delicate grilles at night, the gentle lines making the public area the most beautiful place.
Sustainability
The study room is furnished with grained timbers, which preserve the elegant atmosphere. The partial wall surface, desktop, table corners, lights shelves, and cabinets, are covered with avant-garde stainless steel.
The simple atmosphere in the main bedroom gives owner the best sleeping quality. The bed head wall is made of the top-quality timbers, on which the irregular lines both magnify the visual and brilliantly embellish the ceiling beam and window. The bed head wall has a large embedded storage space as well. The modern TV wall and glass wardrobes is also pragmatic. There are dressing area and bathroom next to the bed, the excellent design that makes the life better.
