Project Overview
Located outside the Taichung City center, at a redevelopment zone which is adjacent to highway, the scenery of once paddy field has now become that of luxurious mansions. In this place, a seven-floor building, constructed by white stones, black metal grills, glass curtains, and plantings, is eye-catching. As a construction company headquarter and the reception center, the building represents the core value of the company from the conceptions of innovative design. It is the core value that the building creates the atmosphere of the accord between mankind and environment, the respect to nature, and the wisdom life, making residents feel the meaning of life.

Project Brief
At the side wall made of white rocks, two tall stone lions are installed outside the porch, the design creating the appealing long gallery in oriental modern style. Coming inside by pushing glass door, we can see the beige travertine, the wooden floor, the white counter made of driftwood, and the rock climbing artworks, put an emphasis on the spirits of nature, strong, and ecology in the simple but contemporary hall.
Project Need
In the building, the rectangular swimming pool, with black pavements, that extends all the way to exterior till the Myanmar gardenia, the white stone walls, and the French windows, obscure the boundary between inner and outer space while strengthen the ideas of the essence of life and the atmosphere of home.
Design Challenge
In addition to being a reception center, the building is the perfect place for demonstrating entrepreneur spirits. Applied with the same exterior design style, the interior space is furnished with white wall, black window and grill screen, delicate granite floor, and log furniture, the design creating the natural and simple atmosphere in a modern residence.
Sustainability
The balcony, the terrace, the plantings, the waterscapes, the wooden platform, and artistic sculptures, make the atmosphere of art, elegance and leisure create a distinctive surprise everywhere.
