Trafalgar Place - Lend Lease / DRMM Architects

Trafalgar Place is the flagship housing project delivered as part of Lendlease’s regeneration of Elephant and Castle. Comprising 235 high-quality homes, including 25% affordable housing, integrated within a vibrant landscape and mature trees, the project transforms the built environment whilst referencing the historic fabric of the neighbourhood.

Modern Mews - Coffey Architects

Architecture - Residential - Constructed

An intricately designed constructed piece of joinery crafted to live in by Coffey Architects. Coffey Architects moved the stair to the centre to avoid corridors taking up valuable space and approached the whole project as one large piece of joinery adding clarity to the and connectivity to the whole house.

A three storey period terrace house in North London, appealed for a scheme that would open up views to the adjoining Parkland Walk conservation area.

Tin House - Henning Stummel Architects

The back land site of the Tin House is entered from a modest London street through a ‘massive’ Soanian brick double-height arch – a gateway to a remarkable domestic inner world.

Turney House - McChesney Architects

Architecture - Residential - Constructed


A glazed extension to a Victorian terraced house surrounded by bamboo and wisteria. This project reimagines the back of a Victorian semi-detached house near Dulwich Village in South London.

Kew House - Lucas Family / Piercy & Company

Architecture - Residential - Constructed

Set within the Kew Green Conservation area of south-west London, this four bedroom family house is formed of two prefabricated weathering steel volumes inserted behind a retained nineteenth century stable wall.
