Project Brief
Vive Group was commissioned to develop a brand and advertising campaign for Thompsons Run. Thompsons Run is located away from the busy main thoroughfare which was both a strength (seclusion, quiet) and weakness (lack of exposure, hard to access).
Project Innovation/Need
We developed a 'guerilla-style' campaign showcasing the benefits of living in a hidden community whilst highlighting the proximity to local and regional amenities, such as cafes, shops, schools, recreational facilities, major arterials and public transport.
Design Challenge
Our key challenge was the fact that the project is not accessible from a main road unlike its competitors. In addition, there was limited amenities within the project to promote or highlight.
Effectiveness
Vive Group developed a sophisticated advertising tone and language that aims to drive consumer interest about the benefits of living in a "secret hideaway". The project has achieved excellent initial registrations of interest from prospective purchasers and builder partners.
