Project Brief
To showcase the high-end developments being produced by Lumiere Properties and make users comfortable with the builder.
Project Innovation/Need
Developers have a very visual need to showcase their projects so we focused on imagery first and extra details secondary.
Design Challenge
As it was a new developer we needed to showcase expertise through other means rather than projects. So a couple of things we decided to do was showcase the individuals previous experience, new developments coming soon and the partnerships.
User Experience
We kept this site very simple so users could absorb all the information in pretty standard ways. Nothing crazy here...

This award celebrates innovation and creativity in design of a unique user experience in the combination of text, audio, still images, animation, video, and interactivity content for websites. Consideration given to clarity of communication and the matching information style to audience.
