Guild Insurance SAFETY Tool App

Digital Experience - Games

Your new client Tony hasn’t exercised for many years and is overweight and unfit. He wants to go from fit to fabulous by losing a certain amount of weight in time for his wedding. As a Fitness Professional, can you determine Tony’s exercise risks and safely navigate him to a realistic goal? The SAFETY Tool App takes a light-hearted approach to the important messages of the SAFETY Tool acronym, encouraging fitness professionals to start thinking about the risks they may face in their day to day work. Players use the SAFETY Tool acronym (Stop and think, Analyse and evaluate, Follow the Right Practice, Evaluate your actions, Teamwork and communication, and You are responsible) to make in-game choices for Tony that implement a realistic and safe fitness program for him to reach his goal.

Butterfly Responsive Website

Digital Experience - Website

Butterfly design great websites. But our own needed an overhaul. It was time for a redesign and a site that focuses on showcasing what we can do and demonstrates the innovative, cutting edge and generally mad skills of our design and development teams. The best way to do this? A modern redesign to a responsive layout that looks equally fabulous on something as big as a TV or something as small as your mobile phone.

Lalla Rookh - Website Project

Digital Experience - Website

Translating a brand drenched by history and legend is hard to do! It has to be innovative with a splash of old-world charm. Lalla Rookh Bar & Eating House is a new dining establishment open in the heart of Perth’s CBD – this time last year, it was website-less. Back in the day, (think 1901) Lalla Rookh was a gold mine, with few prospects and little gold. “The mine site was perched on the side of a banded ironstone hill with plenty of spinifex and resident death adders. The staff and labourers were a motley crew of ex-jailbirds, remittance men, alcoholics and no-hopers numbering about 50 in all. Its only redeeming feature was the mess, made of corrugated iron and lacking flywire. The staff reckoned they would go to Marble Bar for a cool change. The mine took its name from a popular Kalgoorlie 'showgirl'. If anyone knew 'Miss Rookh' we would love to know - (discretion assured). Lalla Rookh Bar & Eating House is a local venue, offering respite for the residents and workers of Perth city. Ex-jailbirds, remittance men and no-hopers are still welcome”.

Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation – Website project

Digital Experience - Website

Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation (LMCF) is one of Melbourne’s longest serving philanthropic organisations, focusing particularly on social issues. The foundation’s ability to successfully raise funds makes them a dynamic contributor to the health and welfare of our community. In 2012, the foundation distributed $9.2 million to charitable agencies throughout Victoria. LMCF recently went through a branding re-fresh with the team at Design Works resulting in a fantastic new look. In order to convey LMCF’s value to the world of philanthropy, having a strong brand and strong assets is of paramount importance. The website is one of those assets and it will be viewed by a large number of users in the online space. The new site has a number of new interactive features that did not previously exist, including: an image gallery, blog, latest news section, in our community grants microsite and a home page rotating banner.
