Project Overview
The goal was to provide a media-centric mobile workflow solution using smartphones and tablets, enabling business owners to take control of their management processes no matter where they are. Our initial focus were tradesmen who would benefit through the streamlined management, scheduling and dispatch, invoicing and paperless reporting. We have since then shifted our focus to cover any service based company along with introducing features like managing contractors and allowing customers to access their jobs directly.

Foxbuddy project was the brainchild of Dave Shumak, as a busy plumber Dave used a system to handle a variety of strata, commercial and construction work across Sydney.
Foxbuddy had a lot of potential and partnering with Shane Dale, Foxbuddy was redeveloped by Propertymode, a web and software company with over 15 year experience.
With over 25 years combined experience Foxbuddy project commenced in 2011 to develop a mobile workflow system as a commercial venture with a small team of developers managed by Justin Hopley, CTO from our Sydney headquarters
Project Brief
Foxbuddy is Mobile Workflow using smartphones to control jobs and quotes in the field via Pictures, Videos and Audio. All data is transferred in real time.
When your workers don't have internet access, all the media is stored on their smartphone and immediately uploaded when they connect again - ensuring you'll never lose data for a job ever again.
Everything is automatically stored on a cloud and filed against a job, which removes the need for paperwork and eliminates administration overhead.
Foxbuddy also allows workers to get customers to sign off on a job in the field meaning you can fully invoice a client within minutes, not in days or weeks, ensuring quick payments and happy customers.
