Project Overview

Hungry4 is an application for consumers to pre-order and pre-pay for their favourite takeaway. Following the foot steps of it’s ‘big brother’ TXT4Coffee, Hungry4 will revolutionise the food industry by providing a service where restaurants are able to keep up with the ‘big’ food chains and offer an ordering an payment app without costing the restaurant and arm and a leg!
With the success of TXT4Coffee, we had no hesitation in bringing this technology to the forefront of the food industry and already we have seen the excitement.

Project Brief

Hungry4 was created after seeing the huge demand in the coffee industry for this technology. As we have experience in this field it was simple enough to mimic the technology we have for TXT4Coffee and create Hungry4 for the Food market. Using similar features and making a few alterations we were able to create an application that will be adapted in many restaurants across Australia.
Customers who already have an account with TXT4Coffee will be able to use the same account details for Hungry4. This means Hungry4 has already started with a 30000 customer database which is a huge advantage when creating a new app.
Hungry4 has already seen numerous restaurants register with the application while being in the testing stage. Our intensive Beta trialing has allowed the developers to add additional features like delivery to the application, allowing the restaurants to give the best customer service to their customers.
Hungry4 gives the customers another payment method when ordering takeaway, and in doing so has increased the efficiency of their staff. The customer simply finds the restaurant, chooses their order from the full takeaway menu and places the order. The customer is able to choose whether they would like to make the payment over the app or in the store. As you can imagine this has taken the takeaway market to a whole new level, as customers do no longer need cash when placing the orders and staff are no longer need to take phone orders.

Project Need

As Hungry4 is following the footsteps of TXT4Coffee and it is no wonder that our biggest achievement has been creating a revenue platform without having to rely on taking merchant fees, set up fees and monthly fees from our restaurants and customers. Adsniper has allowed the Food market to use Hungry4 without having to pay fees to offer this technology to our customers. We are able to cross promote Hungry4 and TXT4Coffee deals to each app giving businesses opportunities to hyper-target their ads to particular groups within the apps.

Hungry4 is ‘app to app’ technology. This allows the restaurants to use an Apple or Android device to work along their POS and any other system set up in their restaurant.
We understand that each restaurant has their own unique way of running the business and yet Hungry4 is able to be adapted into this diverse range from the easy technology for both the staff and customers. Hungry4 will be launching in the next few weeks, as we are waiting for the approval of the app, and we already have thousands of customers pre-registered and close to 100 restaurants ready to launch the Hungry4 app.

Hungry4’s innovative features include-
• Pre-pay or payment in store
• Delivery or pick up
• Customer profiling including pictures
• Restaurant profiling including pictures
• Adaptable menu including pictures
• Search for near by restaurants
• Cuisine selector.

User Experience

Our technology has seen to be repetitive. Our customers use our applications everyday to order their goods and we believe this will be the same for Hungry4. Who has time to wait for their sushi in a 20 minute line when you only have 30 minutes for lunch? These will be the customers that Hungry4 will be best suited for; people who have limited time to wait for their breakfast, lunch and dinner from the take away shop.

Customers will be engaged with the application as it is done in real time. This allows the customers to have a response on when the order will be ready along with the Adsniper hyper-targeted ads to flick through.
The customer also has the ability to share their order on social media sites including- their page, the restaurants page (if they have one) and Hungry4 page. Our aim to have the customer addicted to using this application to order their food throughout the day, wherever they are.

Our customer connect module allows the customer to receive local deals from the restaurants within their area, helping not only the restaurant in sales but also helps the customer receive the best local deals.

Project Marketing

Our marketing campaign has only started to come into play. In saying this we have had opportunities to which we have utilised to promote Hungry4 to restaurants and consumers.

We have sent out email campaigns to our 100,000 database asking for pre-registrations to Hungry4 and we were astounded with the results. We even had returned emails from customers saying how excited they are about the launch Hungry4.

Our social media and websites have been launched with Hungry4 and we are also using our fans on our TXT4Coffee social sites to help promote the food application. We will run promoted pages on Facebook and have competitions with third party apps to help build awareness of Hungry4.

We are planning to follow the footsteps of our marketing success with TXT4Coffee and have
• Promotion days
• Customer competitions
• Press releases
• Marketing material
• Flash mobs etc
• Editorials
• Customer competitions

The launch of Hungry4 will be an event in itself as we have had radio shows, editorials and restaurants planning to take part in the big launch. We are very excited to see the take up on Hungry4, as we have already seen a huge success in the beta trials.
