Venues all around the world can promote and advertise their live events directly to the PopUpGigs App. With GPS integration your phone knows where you are to tell you whats happening near by. Facebook integration knows which of your firends are attending events in PopUpGigs as well as allows you to invite your friends to events. Passbook enables App users to redeem promotions offered by venues...'Come check out this Gig and you'll receive a free beer'
Project Need
PopUpGigs is a one stop gig finding app shop. No matter where you are in the world, you will be able to discover what live events are happening nearby. Whether a first time performer or a world stage performer you will know whos performing when and where.
User Experience
No More Old data. PopUpGigs is a right here right now proposition. No need to research names of bars, pubs & clubs who cater for live entertainment lovers, this information will simply 'PopUp' on your phone.
With Facebook integration, Users will see which of their Facebook friends have expressed an interest in attending their events. They will also be able to invite their friends to the same events. All information is streamed to the App users Facebook news feed for friends to see allowing for advertisement of Venue and Artist to go Viral. Direct links to Artist & Venues Facebook page from PopUpGigs, provides the opportunity to easily build on a fan base.
With Coupon redemption with QR code, App users can accept promotions as a reward to commiting to going to Venues events.

PopUpGigs is an advertisement tool which allows Venues to promote and advertise their live events directly to the users smartphone. I have developed a system which enables venues to connect with an audience on a personal level.....direct to their phones.
With a yearly subscrption followed by monthly payments, allows time for venues to promote and advertise PopUpGigs to build App downloads and their audience.
