With smartphones becoming an increasingly important part of our customers’ lives, we looked at how we could leverage this to bring Telstra closer to our customers. That’s why we developed the Telstra 24x7® App. We wanted to provide flexibility for our customers to manage their accounts and services easily and conveniently. The App is a new way for customers to interact with Telstra. It provides access to track estimated call and data usage, pay bills, recharge credit, contact Telstra online for help 24 hours, 7 days a week, plus more. We needed to communicate the App to our customers.

The British & Irish Lions Tour is a 3 Test Series played every 12 years. With 30,000 insurgent Brits on the way there was scant room left for the casual Aussie rugby fan. We wanted every fan to be a part of the action, wherever they were, so we created Samsung Stadium – a virtual, real time, audience experience connecting Wallabies fans together when their team needed them most. Powered by social feeds on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, exclusive alternate commentary from Roy & HG brought 60,000 active fans closer to the action in Australia’s only virtual stadium.

Promotion for one RACV member to win a new Hyundai i30, awarded Best Small Car under $35k in 2012 in Aust Best Car Awards. To enter, people had to answer, what are three ways to read RoyalAuto (print, online and iPAD App). Promoted in RoyalAuto magazine and iPAD App, RoyalAuto website, RoyalAuto FaceBook page, RACV website, RACV e-newsletter, RACV's 41 Retail Stores, direct mail in RACV renewal notices, at the opening of the RACV Torquay Resort at 1 Great Ocean Road. Different creative was used in each medium.
