Mobile is one of the key pillars of our omni-channel strategy.
Year-on year, there is a growing number of customers using our site from their mobile devices. Customers are no longer shopping from their desktop, but are doing it on the fly and we needed to optimise that experience for them.
Customers must still be able to do the things they want to do such as buying on their mobile and picking up in store, checking their local store stock using the phones geo-location technology and buying in-store, get thebest price guarantee, read reviews & buying guides, watch vides, and quickly and easily research and buy.

The mobile channel is one of the key pillars of our multi-channel strategy.
Researching and shopping often takes place on the fly, and not necessarily when customers are sitting in front of their computer. With our new mobile site, users can find anything from big screen TVs to Coffee Machines or the latest technology products from wherever they happen to be. They can still do all things they would normally be able to do in the online web store, or in-store.
