This case includes two individual villas, in classical British style, that cater visitors in a way as if living in a place of idyllic beauty by building up the stoa, veranda, gothic sleek windows, and courtyard full of native plants.

Project Brief
After walking in the building, we can see the delicate brown wooden walls, and herringbones.The dining room expands the space by means of high ceiling and large French windows, which make guests enjoy family time when tasting food.
The guest rooms are built surrounding the public area on the second floor. Anyone can see the ocean views, the most famous scenery in Kenting, that guests can enjoy their vacation whenever day and night.
The guests enjoy wonderful moment when staying at the place with great views, delicate decorations, and meticulous services.
Project Need
The primary images in Kenting, for most of the people, are beautiful sea and sky, white beach, tropical plants, popular street, young people, and relaxing atmosphere. Away from the downtown and adjacent to “Chuanfan Rock,” the two-floored European style buildings, with the façade of red bricks and white walls, are located at a wide area. The delicate gardening landscapes and unique scene in Kenting, constitute a beautiful view. The large villa, managed delicately and professionally by the family members, brings to the visitors the wonderful experiences.
Design Challenge
The ingenious and adjustable designs, in the guest rooms, meet different requirements from the customers. The culture-stone walls, geometric-pattern wall surfaces, and collages of stones and boards, the different elements presenting excellently in different guest rooms, and making the quality better and vacation more interesting.
Sustainability
The walls and ceiling, with complex geometric patterns, and grey couch curtains, creates the sedate and royal uniqueness.

Open to all international projects this award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors, with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes, aesthetic presentation and functionality. Consideration also given to space allocation, traffic flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
