Project Brief

Designer abandoned the traditional design of terrace house. Reorganizing the use of the order of space, it creates not only visual tension with horizontal plane but also the diverse layout of vertical lines.

Project Need

The use of black and white creates a classical tone. Through the opening of the layout, the greenery outdoor is also the focus indoors. Especially in the process of completing its functions, it connects the landscape outside with viewers inside. Decorated with huge pieces of furniture, it creates a huge entrance hall, huge living room, and huge bedroom in every floor, giving users maximum comfort and magnificence in a huge area. Of course, space does not necessarily imply magnificence.

Design Challenge

In the grand space, the details are carefully done to communicate smoothness and warmth. In the huge space, the facade made with different materials communicate different situations.

Sustainability

It is important to attend to the details to make the design concrete. The owner has considerable knowledge in design, with insistence and high demand on beauty. The designer demands highly on the texture, tincture, and the visual harmony of the structure on overall design to provide users with a living space of chic and style.
