This mixed commercial building located in Kwun Tong, a district with an industrial history, therefore we wanted to challenge ourselves and create an innovative and eye-catching interior.

The CommBank Innovation Lab is a cutting edge space to introduce clients and staff to our innovation process. It allows visitors to explore the Bank's latest products, while also providing the tools to work together and generate the next generation of products.

133 Wai Yip Street - MVRDV

With floor area at a premium in Hong Kong MVRDV aimed to create an office space which offered maximum attractiveness and perceived spaciousness in order to provide as pleasant working environment as possible. The building is stripped down to its beautifully raw and butch primary structure, with all unnecessary trimmings being taken out.

The Industrial Loft - Private Client / Parallel Lab

The Industrial Loft is a project that turned a typical Hong Kong industrial space into a flexible open plan that can alternate between an office and a spacious social space.

Designed by Studioilse, the London-based design studio led by Ilse Crawford, The Pier Business Class Lounge aims to create an environment that makes passengers feel relaxed and refreshed, engaging the senses and focusing on wellbeing. Aligning with the airline’s brand ethos and reflecting the airline’s commitment to a Life Well Travelled, the overall concept has been designed around imaging the space as a street with a distinctly Hong Kong identity, enabling passengers to enjoy the facilities according to their preferred pace.
