DoneSafe was built out of necessity. Our founders had all felt the frustration as business owners of using compliance software that was overly complex, expensive and that users did not want to use (unless enforced!). Which is why we set about creating a compliance solution that focused not just on functionality but the user experience. DoneSafe is built in the latest technology for the cloud, it's fast, reliable and users love it!

Project Brief
In Australia alone there is 100's of legislative documents, standards, guidance material and other legal instruments (1000's worldwide) that business owners have to comply with, not to mention the reputational, financial and potential jail time that can be put in front of businesses and their responsible officers if they get safety wrong. DoneSafe set out to address this with a platform that was easy to configure, easy to use and affordable for all businesses. DoneSafe offers businesses all of their record keeping needs and a safety concierge in a simple to use, jargon free app.
Project Need
DoneSafe is the first product of its kind solely offered via safety consulting partners to their clients. Similar to what Xero did for accountants, DoneSafe allows safety consultants the ability to offer their normally paper and time based solutions to their clients via our easily configured portal.
Clients can log in, complete their obligations and be reminded of all the things they need to do, such as document reviews, consultation, auditing, chemical management, plant inspections, return to work, leaving and development and much more.
If clients have a question they can log in and ask a fully trained professional.
User Experience
DoneSafe was built with the user in mind, we have followed the likes of Facebook and linked in to offer a familiar user feel for something that is normally very difficult, jargon filled and long form.
We have built the product to allow total configuration without customisation for clients with one employee right through to our largest with 16500.
We use plain English and have chose to code responsively to allow the product to be used on all browser enabled devices.
Project Marketing
we currently makret via our partner model, trade shows and cost per click. To date, 100% of partners demoed have signed up to offer DoneSafe to their clients, 50+ and growing weekly.
We offer a 30 day free trial and free data migration and loading making the product very sticky, not to mention no lock in contract. So far we also have 100% stickiness with clients who have paid A bill.
Project Privacy
We have used 256 bit encryption as well as choosing Amazon web services hosted out of Australian data centres. We have contracts in place with all of our partners to protect privacy. We have independent penetration testing done as well as working towards 27001 certification.
